How pricing works

Buy packages. Use them across the year.

Catupult Forward uses Catu360 as the shipment / job operating record and per-shipment usage layer.

Your organisation can buy packages for:

  • Catu360 shipment records
  • CatuDoc document processing
  • CatuPilot automated workflow actions
  • Workflow communications

Track & Trace and Scheduling are charged separately as à-la-carte services.

All standard packages are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Catu360 shipment package required for workflow packages.

A valid Catu360 shipment package is required before your organisation can purchase or use CatuDoc, CatuPilot or workflow communications packages inside Catupult Forward.

Track & Trace and Scheduling can be purchased independently as à-la-carte services.

This gives customers two ways to use Catupult capabilities:

Use Catupult Forward with Catu360 shipment records, document, automation and communication packages.

Or use specific external data services, such as Track & Trace and Scheduling, on a per-use basis.

Catu360 shipment record packages

Why this model works

Evaluate first. Continue when ready. Pay for real usage.

Forwarding activity does not always move in neat monthly bands.

  • Some teams have seasonal shipment spikes.
  • Some use more document processing than automation.
  • Some need more customer notifications.
  • Some use Track & Trace heavily.
  • Some only need scheduling occasionally.

Catupult Forward lets your organisation evaluate the workspace before moving into a paid Catu360 package.

When your organisation is ready to continue, buy the shipment record capacity it actually needs.

Add CatuDoc, CatuPilot or workflow communications as needed.

Use Track & Trace or Scheduling independently when required.

Use your packages across 12 months.
